My rear 12 bolt on my 76 k10 went out, and I want to get a 14BFF for my 72 blazer. If I get a 14bff for the blazer what one will be best match? Will the 12 bolt from the blazer be a perfect swap for the k10?

well I always heard that a 72 frame will have the same width as a 1ton, so a 14bff from a 1ton should be good.
However I can't confirm since my 72 pickup was the same as a 1/2 ton 76 which worked out for me because that D60 rear was a perfect fit on my Suburban.

Issam's right. I got a set of CUCV axles and they bolted right in. Find one from a one ton and toss it in there:thumb:

Sweet looks like im hitting the junk yard this weekend thanks! Does the one ton have to be 4 wheel drive or does it not matter? What did you do for shocks, arn't the way they mount different?

I guess I can measure the 12 bolt from the blazer and see if it will bolt up to the k10.
