Is the hard line running from the MC to the rear brake hose (right above the rear axle) just one long piece or is it two or three pieces?

The parts store doesn't have them pre-bent. I figure after I master my brake line flaring tool and get a hand bender, I can make my own for cheaper than buying pre-bent...

But how many pieces is it?

I only ask because my creeper and drop lamp aren't here to roll around under it and check manually. They accidentally went into storage during the move... :doah:

just buy the lines in the length that you can comfortably bend, if you get 1 looong piece, and you get a bunch of nice bends and screw up in the middle, it kinda sucks.

So multiple connections are OK as long as they're of the double-flare variety? I know less is more in this case (less failure points) but I just want to be sure I'll be OK using more than one piece.

yup, I think the original is possibly 3 piece, but defenatly at least 2.

Well, that's reassuring. If I can't get the rubber rear hose off, maybe I can get that section out without replacing the whole thing.
