rear brake problem on 87 sub.

I have a 87 3/4 t. sub , before and since I raised it a lot of the time I would only have front brakes, there is an arm atached to the rear axle that needs to be in the rite poss. in order to work and I dont know where, any ideaswould be apreciated.

either bypass it or put the arm where it would be if it was stock height with a load causing it to squat. it's a GM load proportioning valve.

Thanks , I was not shure if it could be bypassed without causing problems.
