hello:D , the following, ive just bolted in a k 30 14 bolt ff in the rear of my 75 k5. my master brake cilinder is original (two of the same revervoirs) i have bleeded the brakes well .but now i don,t have (almost)any brakes at the rear. what can i do to solve this problem:confused:
hope to hear something .

The rears probably aren't bled all the way. You have to get the combo valve bled out as well and I had a lot of trouble with it.

The easiest way was to just let it gravity bleed over a couple hours. Just make sure not to let it run dry.

so the problem is still air in the lines you think ? there,s almost gone a liter of brake fluid gone through the lines , can it be that my masterbrake cilinder is not big enough? or has not enough oil displacement ? or do you guys change the master cilinder as well ?

If you are using the rear drum brakes I suppose you could need a larger master cylinder with more fluid capacity but I doubt it. I use the same master cylinder from my 1/2 ton on my 1 ton rear end.

You may have got air into the proportioning valve or master cylinder somehow somehow during the swap so you have to get it out before bleeding back at the drums. You could try cracking the lines open on the valve while depressing the pedal to get some air out and then tightening it back before it sucks any back in.
