Cloth!
The cloth PRP seats are one of the best things I did. I love em. Cool in summer, they fit like a friggin champ, they look great and were pretty cost effective. When they get rained on, it happens, they usually dry out latter that day, because they are a suspension seat they don't hold a lot of water, stock seats once wet kinda stayed that way for a week. If they started to get stained I would have no qualms about some good ol detergent a brush and a hose. Really.
Build a seat bridge and weld the tabs in place and bolt in the seat. It's not going anywhere and you can take it out when you want. No it can't flip tumble and tuck it's self into a stylish wine and cheese tray, but your not building a bad ass mini van, that why the wife gets a car.
Besides cloth is gonna be a lot better for the ants!
