Rear Bumper Needed

I need a rear bumper that holds a hi-lift spare tire, and a gas can with a hitch and recovery points also.

I would suggest searching bumper posts for ideas if you're building your own as this is a highly repetitive subjuct but your post sounds like a wanted ad hence the first suggestion.
