Rear Bushing

I need ideas on how to get the bolt out of the front bushing on the rear leaf spring. I can't find anything that will fit between the frame rail and the pirch. I have it out about 1/4 inch, i used a concrete chisel as a wedge. Thanks - Doug

Heat it with a cutting torch, or just cut it with the torch.
A BFH helps too!
