I'm not sure if anyone has a "kit" but the brackets shouldn't be a problem for any of the vendors who make brackets. Because it's a SF axle that could pose a problem with mounting the rotors as i doubt you could find one that would "slide over" the axle flange because of how large the ID of the rotor would need to be but i'm sure you could mount one behind the flange (in the same manner as the 14FF) but the only problem then is you could not machine the rotor after it is installed and it wouldn't be 100% true without doing so but i'm sure it would still work.
