I put new shoes on the back of my 97, and the brakes have never been more f'd up. Think I'm gonna put discs on back, but I know the kits are different from this style to the older style. Which brackets can I use, and which rotors?? I have the pressed on drums, so thinking that they will be the same as the OBS. Calipers are the only thing that makes me wonder, this is my driver, and have a little one on the way, so I want an e-brake. So what are you running, and part #s would be sweet.....Thanks, Joe.

I found that you can get the rotors, calipers and M/C for these trucks, so right now just need the brackets. The rotors where over a $100, but not sure what the offset is and hub openings, etc is. Probly the OBS ones would work as well, and hell of alot cheaper.

That kit is for the removeable drum, but mine is the pressed style, like the OBS. Could I use the other kit??

there are 2 types, one that the drum goes on from the outside(slide on) and one with the drum on the back, held in place by the studs pressed through

which one do you have?
