Rear dodge leaf spring help

Hey guys i started installing my 4 inch lift on my 99 ram today, it was going good till i broke one of the rear leaf spring bolts off. I was able to still get the nut off but i cant get the bolt hammered thru. The damn thing wont move at all. All the other bolts i was able to push thru with just my hand but this one wont move even hitting it with a 4 pound hammer. I have had this problem on my chevy trucks before- but i was able to grind the heads off and get the spring out. The dodge spring bolts are recessed on one side so u cant grind it off. Any ideas??? i would really like to get it out early 2morrow so i can start on the front end. So any ideas guys??
