I lifted my 1990 K-5 4inchs and put some add a leafs in the back to level it out. Now my driveshaft needs attention. Does anyone know of a driveshaft that might fit perfect or be close. Maybe a 1/2 short bed 4x4 chevy. Otherwise I have to buy a junk shaft for $50 and then pay them more to shorten it? thanks for any help

Is the driveshaft just too short now, or is there something else wrong with it? Shops around here only charge about $40-$50 to lengthen a shaft.

Huh, great to hear that I'm not the only one with a drive shaft issue after lifting. I never ever read about lengthening the driveshaft after lifting the Blazer. But when I saw the driveshaft after the lift, I instantly contacted some specialists.
I think lengthening the driveshaft to a perfect fit is the better idea than to take a nearly fitting one.

Just drive on down to the NAPA store in Grove City, Ohio and they should be able to set you up. Fifty bucks and an hour or two and you are out the door........
