I did brakes on the suburban all the way around and now the rear drums bounce in a bad way when braking. I did new shoes, wheel cylinders, and new drums. I have both sides adjusted to a slight drag, but they have high or low spots so its not an even drag.

What am I doing wrong?

The brakes may be catching and releasing. Make sure you put the shoes in the correct position. One shoe is longer than the other. Forget if the longer one is the primary or secondary and if it goes towards the front or back since it’s been a while since I’ve messed with drums. Maybe someone here will know or you can research it.

Looking at his pic, they appear correct.

Last time that happened to me it was a bent axle flange.
I raised the truck and put the truck in gear and watched the flange wobble
