Yes the are the same width, not sure what you mean about angle though?

I have a custom bumper made for a Blazer, but someone told me the frame on my suburban was different than the blazer and it wouldn't bolt on.

Im pretty sure it will no problem. Even if it is differant, its not the much differant.... wouldnt take much to get it to work
