rear inner fenders

can they be tooken out by just removeing the bolts ? or is there more to it like spot welds? i have a dent in my fender right in front of my back tire and i cant get to the backside of it unless i can get the rear inner fender out.thanks

There are about 100 spot weld you have to drill out.
