Could i pull some of the short leaves from a rear pack and put them in my front pack to try and get the back to a positive arch and gain some lift? Or would they be more likely to flatten out?

My leaves are pretty much negative arched. The top spring has an upward arch and the lower one is separated about an inch and is W shaped. Im trying to find something to help them out a little with out having worn out springs re arched.

stock front leafs are not positive arched from factory. and are also a tappered leaf design.

all rear leafs for our trucks are non tappered leaf style.

you cant mix and match them. bad stuff can happen.

Like what? Besides being cosmetically unappealing i dont see what could be wrong with it. Except the hole isnt centered on a 52 inch spring. (i think)

The hole on a 52 is centered BUT combining positive and negative arch springs will cause one of the two to break (almost certainly the positive springs). I have also seen a truck that had an add-a-leaf installed (positive) into stock springs and the spring tips actually wore a deep groove into the negative spring above it.
