Rear Main Seal and Xmission Compatibility

I don't know enough about the transfer from a 2 piece rear main seal to a 1 piece so I figured I would ask. Is there any problem running a SM465 from a 2 piece rear main seal year with a 1 piece rear main seal truck? I know that the crankshafts are different, but I don't know about the Transmissions. Any help would be appreciated

Crankshafts and flywheels are different. Transmissions are the same.
