rear main seal--rubber or teflon?

Im about to change the rear main seal along with oil pump ect.. in my '91 TBI 350. I was given a choice of either a rubber or teflon rear main seal? Is one any better or? I bought the teflon, but can easily swap it out.

Teflon is real slippery, and makes a wicked seal, so I'd imagine its probally the better seal.
