I got a new engine from smeding engines and so far I’ve had nothing but issues I’m putting the fourth rear main seal in it I less then 200 miles I don’t see anything wrong with the seals
Or the crank any body have any ideas on why it can be going out or what I can do to make it stop
Leaking

The rear main in the boss has to centered when tightening down if it moves even a little the seal will be loose on one side and tight on the other. Also the seal has a proper direction to be installed.

The oil pan gasket is a one piece also ?

I’m not sure about the oil pan gasket but my transmission guy is gonna replace the seal housing and the seal next week when he tries again to fix the torque converter problem

Sure it’s not the pan leaking? The pan rests on the 1 piece. If you don’t get it, it leaks too

Also, make sure you have good ventilation at the valve covers. Crankcase pressure will push oil out

I’m pretty sure this is the issue thanks Wes
