search my name for a thread titled something like "rear window switch" or look over my build thread for the switch I used. It's a perfect size, but it has 6 plugs on the back. Just use 3 of them and you're golden.
As for any wiring, you'll need to look up a diagram and probably make something on your own. Or find something at the junkyard.

which ever three you want, either top row or bottom row. I can't remember which I used anyway
