The rear power window on my 83 doesn't want to go up. It will go down fine, but I have to "bump" the switch, not just hold it, to get it to go up. The window will go up, stop, go up, stop. It takes about 15 minutes to roll it up. I have replaced the motor, regulator, cable, and the window itself(oops)
. The only thing I can think of is it must be the "scissor lift" deal. That and the dash switch is the only thing that I have no replaced yet. Does anyone know if it can be adjusted or just replace. That is the most expensive part of the whole window assembly from LMC, so I hope I can tinker with it to get it working. It really sucks to have all that space back there and not be able to access it, not to mention my tool box and recovery gear. If I need any of it now, I have to climb accross the back seat. Thanks in advance.
