Rear Power Window/Tailgate Switch? Still available?

Hi,

my power window rolls down but it won't roll up when operated by the lock cylinder. I found out why: the switch behind the lock cylinder is broken, a tiny part of the electirc connectors fell off.
Here's a pic of the part I'm looking for:

do you have any idea where I can get that part? GM might have discontinued it, but I do not know. Unfortunately I did not find it in the online parts catalogs...

I already checked LMC truck, classicparts and classicindustries but I didn't find this switch.
Damn, why does gm have to discountinue so many parts, the C/K trucks are still very popular...

Way too much IMO unless there are no other options, as I suspect is the problem in your case. I'd go with a wrecking yard part here.

wow, that's quite much money for such a small part. Where did you check it? i already tried gmpartscheap/direct and gmpartscatalog and didn't find that switch?

Give me a chance to take a look this weekend, I believe I kept that switch when I stripped a Burb a year or so ago. I had planned to use the power setup in my Blazer but found out quickly that the Burb and Blazer won't interchange. I know I have the regulator, motor, and outer handle, and I believe I have the switch as well. If so, pay for shipping and it is yours. The switch itself should interchange without issue, it is the regulator and motor stuff that won't.

I'm pretty bad, I don't check the other sources for parts out there much anymore, I guess I'm getting lazy.

thank you very, very much for your help but I already found the part => at ebay.com, NOS, lock cylinder included for $ 27 I'm really looking forward to install it in my shiny repainted tailgate & new handle....
