So I have arse sag. And 3 options. And add why if you don't mind.

Current setup - custom DIY4X 2" perches. ORD shackle flip. Stock 3/4 ton springs.

I have set of 1" a zero rates, but they may not be enough.

I have a set of lift springs from the front that I can steal leaves from.

I have a set of add-a-leafs that are supposed to be 2".

So you are using ORDs shackles? I would say longer shackles, but not if that is what you are already using.

Maybe re-arch the springs or go do the add a leaf.

Depends on how much you wheel it as well, keep adding springs and it will change your spring flex.

Looks like you could use 2" back there to me. I think you're right about 1" not being enough. But I am definitely in the group of guys that can't stand a saggy butt on these bad boys.
Nice flat springs. Hate to mess with them too much. Unless they are really worn and need some help. How about some longer shackles as mentioned before? Don't know how much that would mess with your pinion angle :dunno:?
Course it looks like you already have everything but longer shackles ready to go! Maybe the 2" aal then or an extra leaf from the front packs?
IDK, guess that wasn't much help, sorry.
Sure looks like you could fit some 39.5" Iroks next time to me :D.
Really great looking truck regardless though!

How often do you tow with it? If you do a lot of towing I'd say do the aal's... I would say if not then do the zero rate... but i dont' think 1" will fully cure your problem from the looks of it.

I think I'd throw in the add-a-leaf, it's what I did. Yah, it stiffened the ride a little but hey, the rig is heavy.

If you don't want to change the spring rate a lot, how about using the shortest leaf from the leftover front pack (or a stock overload flipped upside-down?), and the zero-rate?

I really hadn't thought of that, but it may be a good fix.

I suspect 2" would do your truck just right.

My K5 had the rear sag, 2" AAL brought it up to be JUST a bit higher than the front, I think 1.5" would have been perfect. Burb has more weight over the rear axle, probably would come out just right for you.

If daily driven, I might not be so anxious to go AAL, it did stiffen my ride up quite a bit. If you like/need flex, they aren't going to help either.

I would go aal. I did this on my burb and could still stuff the rear tires as far as I wanted into the wheel wells. I guess it did firm up the ride some but the way my burb wallowed that was also a plus

Do yourself up some custom spring hangers to drop the front eye. It'll also correct some of the increased spring angle created by the shackle flip, (which IMO creates axle steer to some extent)

Autozone lifetime warranty Airshocks. I am on my 4th free set. 60 dolla no holla. But I would build up the springpacks too. Replace a couple short leafs with longer ones. Why? It is easy to do when you have lots of extra spring packs laying around.
