Rear Seatbelt Question (Crew Cab)

I have lap belts only in the rear of my crew cab. Can I use the same shoulder belts as the front seats use? There are plugged holes in the rear pillars where the the upper shoulder-mount would bolt in. There's no nut welded in but I can get to the rear of the hole to add a large washer and nut. has anyone else done this?

Year for year, I believe the front belts are the same as Suburban fronts, and the rear belts are the same as reg cab fronts.
