Rear Shock Mount Question

On Steves Blazer the rear shock mounts are custom fab and I read about the install but what I want to know is can they make the upper mount and lower mounts without the truck, and if they can what's the price and contact info. If they can't then does anyone know about how much it will cost to have it made and where around here (Gettysburg, Pa) to get it done. Thanks alot!!!!!!
