Im going to change out the Rear side Windows out to non sliding and going to change the seals out at the same time. Well looking at lmc there are 2 seals for my 91 blazer one for factory tinted windows and one for non factory tinted windows. What would the tint have to do with the seal? What one should i choose? Here is the page from lmc

I to am currious as to what the differance is. I've got an extra top with sliding windows, been wanting to swap them into mine. I'm just wondering which set of rubbers I need to use/save.

FWIW: Mines an 87 and I have no idea what year the top is. I have noticed that the top on my 87 is heavier and looks to be gel-coated. And the other one is just plain fiberglass. It's allot lighter too. Anyone know anything about that?

factory dark glass is thicker than non tint. this is due to the frame size. standard uses the norrower rubber.

Buzzz wrong answer! We were looking for Gwyneth Paletrow. Yea but we have some lovely parting gifts for you. :haha::haha::haha:

I had fixed glass and removed it put in factory deep tinted using same seals no problems.

My recommendation is to go with Classic Parts over LMC for the weatherstrip. That is only if you don't go through GM to get the best, but Classic > LMC on their weatherstrip quality.
