My wife's work just became a distributor for better bilt and she said they'll get stuff cheap...not sure how good of a deal but if the banker says cheap then it's all good:D anyway anyone ever put these in the back of their k5? I thought it would a good way to store misc. straps and tools and such without worrying about them disappearing with the top off.

Those look awesome. I was just talking to a friend of mine about doing something like that. Plus, it'll match my truck since it already has diamond plate all throughout the interior!

It looks like it may be too long behind the wheel well. They don't list just that length, but if it will fit sounds like a good idea.

hats what i was afraid of:(

Sounds like reason to upgrade to a suburban :haha:

I like the idea to make use of unused space, but personally, if i'm going to put a nice box in the back of my rig, i'm going to go significantly bigger. Right now, i have 2 of those plastic utility bins with the split lids, plus my tool box. Would like to eliminate the plastic bins for one large tool style box in the future.

I'm planning on building some like that for the back of mine to keep parts and tools organized and safely stored, but still have space for my air mattress. Post up if you find pre-made ones that fit, it would save me time that I don't have :)
