i just got my stock 56" rears from jcwhitney and i need to order up the new poly greasable bushings and a zero rate for it ... right now i have the ord 4" shackle flip on my k5... i need to match the front suspnsion which is about 7-8" lift ... so i have 5" it least right their .. how can i make up for the rest of the lift? i think i want the ord 6" shackles and how much lift would that get me? also i read somewhere on here that i can flip teh overload upside down and get a little more lift i need help asap as i need to get my truck ready by thanksgiving

flipping the overload will do the same thing as a zero rate. you can weld zero rates together and they are safe to use, dont know if you want to go down that route... maybe you can fab up some new hangers too?

That sounds like a more legitimate idea than welding some zero rates.

ooorrrrr
give Stephen at ORD a call and see what he can do for you with a 2" zero rate. From what I hear he is great to deal with, and he sponsers ck5

Not trying to steal the thread, but how much lift would i get if I got the 4 inch flip from ORD, plus their 6 inch rear shackles? Thanks!
