Truck currently has stock rear spring-add a leaf-block to equal six inch lift.

I have a echobit shackle flip waiting to be installed, I was thinking off using this shackle from diy4xhttp://diy4x.com/cart/index.php?route=product/product&path=24&product_id=113 with an ez inch . Will this work? Or will this be way too much lift?

I can tell from your link that you are looking at the UDSR's but can't see which specific length you are looking at.

To equal the 6" lift, you'd have to have the flip you have with an EZ inch and a 6" shackle. That would net you approx. 6" of lift.

I'm not 100% savvy on the echobit flip and how much lift it provides. Most shackle flips are a 4" so that is what my math is based on.

Apparently the echobit equal 5-5.5 inches of lift with a factory shackle.

That is correct at 5 1/2" of lift... combine that with a longer shackle and your pinion will be pointing at the sky. Suspension action aside, you will need to at least cut off and reweld your spring perches. A 5" shackle would put you right at 6" of lift (if you remove the AAL.) How big of a block are you running now? Are you planning on leaving the AAL in? I would suggest installing the flip alone and then seeing if you want/need more height.

then you can do the flip you have and if you need a smidge more height, and EZ inch will fix you up.

I'm running the block that came with the lift so I'd assume it's 4.5 or 5.5 maybe? The add a leaf and block came with the kit.
