It's time to fix the saggy rear in my ride. I was wondering if anyone with a 6" lift could measure from the center of the wheel mounting surface to the center of the rear fender lip. I have a 6" block, and I'm planning a shackle flip and I want to level the truck out either with a flip + 2" (probably Tuff Country EZ Ride) spring or a stock height replacement spring.

Right now I've decided to stay with a 52".

Up front I'm probably going to hold on to the current 6" spring until I hang a bumper on the front of the truck, but if it isn't leveled out by then, I'm considering dropping it to a 4-5" spring.

Right now, the rear springs are clearly arching upwards, they will probably fall to pieces when I unbolt them to do the shackle flip.

Also, can anyone recommend a retail site for Tuff Country gear. So far I've found a local store that doesn't even run a website, and suspensionconnection.com

Here is a side view:

get the 4 inch shakle flip with a 6 or 7 inch shakle it will make it level, it make a 6 inch lift if you use a stock 4 inch shakle its a 4 inch lift.
Also sweet k5...

I think I lost all my pics because of a HD failure... but I did the homebrew flip with the rear spring/front hanger plus stock 56" springs and the DIY4X 7" UDSR shackle. When I was done, the shortbed truck was almost level with 6" springs up front. I think it just needed a zero rate to finish it up and level it out.

yeah i got a 6 inch springs in the front and the rear is as follows. i have 4 inch shackle flip with standard length shackles 2 in Tuff country ez-ride springs with a zero rate. its pretty much level but the longer shackle i think would make up for it.

Also a good site that had great customer service is
http://topguncustomz.com/
they have good prices and r located in Tennessee

Thanks a lot guys.

I just checked my rear wheel lip to hub center length. It's ~25.5 inches. If anyone can hit their truck with a tape measure and let me know how much lift they have, I'd appreciate it.

A better measure will be from frame or bump stop to axle.
The other way will be off if it has been trimmed or body lift, bad bushings so on.

That's a good point so I remeasured.

From the axle tube straight up to the frame is 14 3/8"

I used top gun customs and jcwhitney
