I was trying to find a small diamond plate chest style tool box, but they all seamed bigger than what I wanted or needed.

Sometimes the answer to your problems is easier than you think.

I had a fullsize truck chest style tool box in the back of my K5 and it was just huge. Especially with the top on it ended up being more akward than usefull.

I traded it to a friend for a smaller version for like an s10 size truck and it still seamed too big. In fact with the top on my k5 the lid of the box still hit the roof when you opened it. With the small lift and 38" tires you had to climb in the blazer and stick your head in there to find anything.

So those ATV boxes, although I havent got one yet, seam like the perfect choice for a little more storage that is secure. 3 differnt sizes makes it all the better. I belive I will get the large one for my yukon.

I will probably build a wooden divider and carpet the inside adding a rear window style gun rack on the inside will give me a great place to secure a few guns, ammo ect.
