Rear wheel well repair?

After I got the rockers replaced and moved on to the rear quarter panel patches I noticed an issue in the rear fender well. The wheel well in side the truck is ok, as is the quarter panel around the wheel well. The issue is the space between the two, basicallyI can look up through the fender well and see the speaker magnet in tbe rear interior panel. I snapped a quick picture this morning I'll take some more this afternoon. I am going to try and tackle this later in the weekend so didn't know if anyone had an idea of patch panels I would need or if I would need to just fab myself?

I'm thinking this is what I need but not 100% sure. Hoping I can do this without removing the exterior panel.

Here are a few more pics, I ordered the wheel well and the inner wheel well brace as well hopefully that will cover it. I'm sure I will probobly need to make a few pieces up to patch it all in. If anyone has done this repair before, can it be done correctly all from the inside of the cab?
