Rear window getting stuck.

The electric rear window on my 90 Suburban keeps getting stuck halfway up/down. I'm certain that it is because of the track is getting caught on the latch handle, because the only way I can get it to roll up/down is to push it outward with the cover off when it gets to that point. I took off the cover on the tailgate and found that a small wheel that helps push the glass out with the help from the force of a even smaller spring. The spring was broken. LMC dose not carry this part so I fixed it with a spring from a clothespin. Still doing the same thing. I will add that my weather stripping is about non-existent from dry rot but I dont think that could cause the problem. Any advice?

Replace your worn out weather stripping and make sure the window sash isn't all rusted and bowing out into the way of things on it's way up.

Thanks ill check the sash and just put in an order to LMC for new weather stripping (believe it or not they were lower than rock auto). I just got done working 21 days str8 out in TX so i haven't had a lot of time ill let you know what it looks like tomorrow.
