rear window issue

so my rear window exploded into a million pieces and i didnt have time to replace it myself before it started raining. so i had a local glass shop do it and the window wont roll down all the way, there is about an inch or so that it sticks out from in the middle. i dont remember this being the case with my last window. any ideas?

Have you popped the cover off to see if it is binding on something an not going down all the way?

Ya I looked and it looks like it's going all the way down. To the rubber stops. But I remember the old window went all the way down..

10 to 1 it's the felt from the glass channel that has piled up at the bottom of the channel.

It should go all the way down! Then if it is going all the way down they put the wrong glass in or somehow the bottom track at the base of the window is bunched up giving it extra height!
