I can't get my rear window to roll down with the key (power). It works from the dash switch but not the key. Any suggestions.

You might have to hit the attatchment, then Back to get the pictures to load.
This might help you some.

I used the search words key switch tailgate
And got plenty of "hits" there is lots more reading for you if you need more, just ask.

I took mine apart and cleaned the contacts, actually I cut an old bulb up and made new contacts, just soldered them over the old ones.Still works fine a year later.Saved the 60.00 for a new switch...

I had the same problem that you did except that my electric door locks wouldn't work either. Come to find out the rear window key switch is on an entirely different circuit than the front rear window switch. With my 91 blazer, the problem turned out to be not the rear window motor or switch but a short in the circuit. Took me a week to find it.

I have the same problem in mine. From inside, the window rolls up all the way but with the key it has about an inch to go when it stops.
