Rear window problem

Hey guys/gals...need some rear window advise for my 87 K5, the window only goes down a few inches and stops like it hits a stop for some reason. Then if I hit the driver side of the tailgate about half way down with a closed fist it continues going down. Any ideas on how to fix? Also where is a good place to get a new motor that thing...it takes forever to go up. Thanks in advance.

Do some searches. There's alot of info on this. Basically, rust is the major problem, along with (on elec. windows) bad grounds, chaffed wires on the bottom corner, bad motors, bad motor to regulator cable, bad regulator.
Take off the access panel and poke your head and flashlight in there and see whats going on.The side rails rust and/or lost thier velvet guide, the bottom glass channel usally rusts out.
Take your access panel off and see what's going on is a good place to start.
