Rear window swap

Can I swap a manual rear window into my power rear window tailgate. Is it as simple as swaping the mechanisms or is it a different tailgate....Dave

IIRC, the glass is the same, you dont even have to change the regulators. Just unbolt the glass from the window sash (about 4 bolts or so), pull the glass out, and slide the new one in and bolt it up in the same fashion. The mechanisms are different, they will not interchange to my knowledge.

My glass came loose from the channel, the channel in rides in bent, and the motor in the power unit died. I want a manual rear window, just wanted to see if I can order the manual parts from lmc truck and go at it.

You can replace all the inner workings with a manual set-up. The glass is the same just all the regulator stuff is different.
