OK so I remember the power window being pretty dang loud. I'm sure it still is but don't have access to my Blazer yet so not sure. My question is: Are the replacement motors loud as well? Is there a quieter solution?

Also, my aunt has an '07 Toyota 4Runner that has the power drop glass and the liftgate. Now I'm sure everything is lighter on the 4Runner vs. Blazer, but do you think one of those motors could replace the Blazer unit? Just a thought....

I dont think it would work, but the best way to tell is to go to the parts store and get both out to compare. Did you get the truck running yet? Lubing the regulator should help.
