Its actually the second factory 4 SPD burb I've bought. Must be an oregon thing. Pretty much a stripped down model. No carpet, manual windows etc.

Good find on that burb. I've never seen one with a manual trans either. Musts been a custom bought one. Or two in your case. Pics on this rust free diamond in the rough? Subscribed to see where this goes. :waytogo:

Well, we'll see how long this scenario lasts. Once I dial the burb in for daily use its going to pull work duty so the Ho can stay pretty...

I have only seen a few factory 4 speed Burbs ,one in a junkyard that had a 292 straight six a town official used ,may have been the FD cheif's truck...was around a 1980 model...
One other similar one was a Park Dept. truck that had a 305 and it was in nice shape, someone scoffed it up at a town auction for 600 bucks..

There is one for sale in MA on CL,but its rotted badly enough that the seller says its "not roadworthy".but that did not stop him from asking 1200 "firm" for it...I think that one is an 87s model as well, has a efi 350,sm465 ..might be 8 lug too...be a good donor truck for someone who wants to converttheir Burb to a 4 speed and V8 gas engine..(like ME!)...

I love that Tan color.... If I ever get a K20, it's gonna get painted that color. :D

Geeze, guess I shouldn't have sold the last one so cheap. It was a stripped down model like this one. Probably straighter too and also rust free. Had two dead cylinders when I bought it plus I already had another burb that was lifted and had a big block. Oh well. Got one back
