So two years ago my 350 floated the valves and did some pretty good damage to the pistons. I am in the process of rebuild and upgrading and i wanted to get a few opinions. Its a 85 k5 with factory running gear. I have a 6" rough country lift and offroad design shackle flip in place of blocks. I also installed 4:56 gears chromoly shafts and yukon dura grips front and rear. The norm. I am stumped on a engine choice thow becouse its going to be daily driven next spring and summer and fuel ecomony does not matter much. Go with a 1969 472 BB cady, Rebuild the 350 with some goodies or go with a 4bt cummins and a th400. Thanks
