rebuilt sm465 wont go in to 2nd?

Am finlly done with the tranny swap from hell,thanks too all the ck5 guy who helped me along the way.Theres only one thing wrong,the tranny it will shift thru all the gears good,but doesnt want to go in to 2nd,on less am rolling super slow.Am pretty sure that the clutch is disgaging,i can go from 1st to reverse no problem.The tranny was all rebuilt by a offroad shop,think they missed somthing?Any help would be great,not looking forward to droping the tranny!

when you say second.. do you mean... 1-2 or L-1-2 ???? if it is the L-1-2 i wouldnt worry about it... I never start out in that gear... I always start out in first.... not granny gear....

I know this may sound stupid but worth a shot. Is the fluid the right fluid? Should be a GL-5. GL-4 will work but GL-5 has additives for the synchronizers.
