I'm looking for all 4 over/under (not side-by side or single headlamp) headlight assemblies from a 1987-ish Blazer. I need the headlamp bucket, mounting screws and springs, core support inserts, headlight mounting ring and screws, and anything else that would allow me to attach these. I don't need the headlamp bulbs themselves though.

These should be about 165mm x 105mm in size (headlamps) and I need you to measure and confirm this first!

PM me if you have these and let me know how much you want for them.

I know I have all of it, but I need to find where I put the trim, the rest I am looking at every day, I will measure it for you when the rain lets off a bit.

I just sent you a pm, have what your looking for and not far from where you live.

i was looking to see what the car guys were doing to have some light.....it don't really drive me crazy cause we had candles when i started driving, but i do like to have good lights. nothing overboard, just good usable and functional "task" lighting.

Yeah, that's exactly what I want - lighting that allows me to drive safely. Hurtling down the road in a heavy truck without being to see always seemed like a recipe for disaster to me. I seriously don't understand how people can drive and not see at least 200' in front of them. I've had a few close calls at high speed and walked away and I want to keep it that way.

Don't even get me started about big rigs. Of all vehicles, they should be REQUIRED to have HIDs and good long distance lighting. My BIL is an insurance on-scene adjuster of sorts, and he sees all sorts of crashes where people get killed every day and many simply have to do with not being able to see at night. Very sad.

and you can go the other direction too.....people not having their lights adjusted properly or using some massive candle power on public roads blinding the shiit out of other people. here in this city, we have these ass hats with these super bright blue lights.....you'd think they were passenger planes landing on the road, THAT'S what really pisses me off.

Exactly! I hate that too. It's difficult enough to see at night as is, and having headlights that are right in your face only make it worse. I do everything I can to NOT be one of those jerkoffs!

Its just plain stupid we don't have better lights in all cars nowadays.

I mean good grief the morons in government mandated third brake lights years ago, its effect on rear end collisions was statistically insignificant but they won't mandate cars to have better headlights?

Morons plain idiots, I wish more people would go into car dealerships armed with a bit of knowledge and start asking for better basic equipment. It would happen fast if it started costing sales.

To the credit of car makers, both of my 2006 cars I bought had HID headlights. They are great. Pretty soon I am sure most cars will be like that.
