Do you have an Army Navy Surplus store near you? Ours has buckets of the things.
Also the local Farm Ranch store has them, or any good size hardware store should.

Are you looking for just the d-rings? Like Sandman said, Army Surplus or Farm and Ranch stores. Farm & Ranch stores 
, to they have those in Mass? I think ACE sells them.
If you're looking for the part the slides into the receiver, I know Warn sells them and they're a bit pricey.
If you get one, get one of those make sure to get a locking receiver pin. People like to steal them, I had one taken. Also don't leave the d-ring on it, because they'll steal that too. Even though they are only like $12 from ACE.

look on ebay there was a guy selling them a while back and I have seen them every now and again. Mine was 15 bucks with the shackle
