recomendations on speaker,amp

I am looking for a small sub maybe 8" and amp. I dont want it to be to loud. Just sound better then i does know. I am the trieble master know and need a little bass. Also where do i mount it?

any ideas would be great

bazooka tube is bout the way to go for ease and price. dont sound bad either
