redi or speedi sleeve,, Why so $$$$$

There are some cheaper ones. Still not very cheap tho. I got one for my 14bolt hub from national for like $25.
The company will tell you that it's expensive b/c it's a precision piece that takes a lot of QA blah blah blah. The likely truth is that they know you need it or you will have to replace a part that costs way more....easy money.

last one I got was rock auto . no one had them in stock local or easy order in . so I poped on rock auto and bam there it was 1/2 price .
be carful on the install. and red locktight before you install I have read and done for years.

The installer rings is all I can think of. Makes me wonder what he's up to.

not often I have had to sleave a yoke or spindle .

some speedi sleaves come with / in a big tin cup . that's what I am after .

drive line yokes don't have the size cups I want . thanks tho .
14ff rear spedi sleaves have the big cups .
I use them for my axle hub/nut sockets in my tool box . any oil / grease is in the cup and not in my box bottom .

Ahhh. I like that idea.
Great idea.
Other idea that I use. Pig blanket. Replace it once in awhile and clean the sockets.
