In an effort to reduce lead times, within the next couple weeks we will be tripling our cutting capacity.

We're coming into the busy season and plan to have a bit more on the shelf this year.

There are also a good many started R and D projects that we hope to be able to finish with the increased productivity. It has always been a challenge for us to keep the R and D going without interfering with the production schedule. Now, for the immediate future we can do both.

Thanks again for the continued support.

Kert, anything going on with a rear bumper? :ears: Interested in something for a 75 k5 with a 3" body lift.

This is one of those that has plagued us for some time now.

We have a prototype done and the basic design down. Just need to go back into it one more time and finish it up.

It's comin' bare with me for just a bit more...

It'll be worth the wait I'm sure. If you get any pics I'm sure I'd pre-order :deal:

I searched and searched the crewcab thread and can't find the pics. The one on the rear of the crew is the basic proto. It'll get compacted down a bit and tucked in tighter. Mod the brackets for the blazer and we're off.

This the one?

Yep, that's it. Now just picture it not quite so tall top to bottom.

We'll still be able to do the hidden winch but not quite the same. Winch mount will be a bit lower in the bumper.

Reciever tube will be an option but not entirely sure I can get them both in there on a slimmer set up.

That bumper as it sits in the pics would hang up alot for wheeling. Tow rig it works just fine and helps the lines of the truck itself.

definitely like this one... can't wait to see what the final one looks like:waytogo::waytogo:

I think I know...:D

Probably the same way I mounted my front license plate.

Ha ha, funny guy! I like the hidden winch feature but I was wondering if the license plate fits in between the step and the roller fairlead. Looks tight in there so I had to ask. :p:

I built a clip on mount that goes over top of the rollers. Just pop it off and winch and when your done clip it back on. No tools required.

Damn that's clever! I suppose you have provisions for a hawse fairlead as well?

Every time I visit your site, I want everything but don't know where to start. Believe me, my DIYX4 christmas list is too long this year with 2 truck builds. :D

EDIT: Ahh crap, I just scrolled through the pics again and saw the plate right there on the bumper. :doah: My bad.

The clips are mag lite holders. They work pretty good. Made the plate from aluminum to keep the weight down. Not sure how much inertia you could generate with a good bump and the weight of a steel plate just seemed like too much.

Start at the front and work your way back!:D

Actually, no clip on for a hawse het. I'm sure theres a good spring steel clip out there that'd work just right. Just haven't found it yet.
