Refilling Hydraulic Fluid

Hi all, I used my engine hoist to unload some axles the other day. The only help I had was my gf- oops. Anyway, I asked here to lower the boom and she spun the petcock and oil spit out everywhere. I am curious how I go about refilling the oil. It has a "overflow" hole in the middle of the body where the fluid came out but I am guessing that this isn't where i refill it. Thanks for the help!

when you put it in that hole it will spew out what it dont need.

dont forget to make sure your shaft is all the way in the hole bottomed out.
