So when I got the truck I noticed off the negative where the battery connects to the front frame there was just another ground wire dangling about. I read up and found out that a good spot for this is on the block on the lower hole where old motor mounts would go near where mechanical fuel pumps are. So I got a 3/8x3/4" long bolt, sanded the ground strap and the block where it connects, put a star washer on as well but the wire has tension on it:

Wire with tension rubbing against metal of battery holder box (I would imagine vibrations would shear this over time):

The ground strap seems to be spliced into the area where it is on the body with the other ground strap or else I was thinking of maybe getting a longer wire. Is this one supposed to go on the frame instead as I've circled in green? and then maybe another ground from there to where I have it on the block? Alternatively I can maybe cut the wire in half and solder in another/heatshrink of the same gauge to lengthen it but I'm not sure what the proper fix is for this.

Regarding my A/C Condensation line the picture below:

The current stub just leaks onto the frame I would imagine this would cause rust over time? I want to somehow maybe put a larger tube on this and redirect it so where it's over the frame but I wanted some ideas

Thanks you all

The battery heavy ground cable should ground the engine. The Rad support ground goes to frame, though the green circle is to big of hole. There should be a 5/16" by 18 tpi hole in the frame near there. A 3rd ground from right valve cover bolt to firewall, or more commonly a flat braided insulated conductor.
You could easily use vacuum connector and a short piece of tubing to extend the ac drain.
