Regional pricing question

Is a perfect, rust-free K5 worth more in the rust belt (say Minnesota) or in the sorta rust belt (say Utah or Colorado)?
For example -- what are prices like for nice 1990-1991 K5s in your area (around 100,000 miles)?

A nice rust free 90-91 K5(if you could find one) in my area of Iowa would go for about $5k. Plenty of $3k trucks around with a fair amount of rust.

anything 90s-older thats mostly no rust out no matter what it is goes for around 4.5k and on up here, but are rare so most everything goes for 1000 on up if you can find one of what you want, good luck though
