Registration is up and running. Check out the revised Blazer Bash website. Click on the REGISTER page to sign-up. You will notice there's some incentive to sign-up right away.
When you register, you are registering per vehicle. You can carry as many passengers as you have seat belts for. We only need a number of passengers so we have a head count. However, if your passengers want registration packets and raffle tickets, they need to register separately. They can register under the "BBQ only" since they will be passengers on the trial. Plus they'll be eligible for the extra early registration incentive.
Just to add some back-story for explanation. I think I've covered some of this before, but this year we wanted to make sure we had the event organized according to all the applicable regulations, namely the BLM & SITLA. This required a permit fee and liability insurance naming the U.S. Gov't as co-insured. We also have to a secure Right-of-Entry permit from the State of Utah School & Institutional Trust Land Administration (SITLA) and list them as co-insured. In order to cover these costs, we had to charge a registration fee. All of the fees and funds raised go towards putting the event on.
I also want to make sure and thank our sponsors because they have pitched in and helped make this event happen at a much lower cost than would have been required otherwise. Please make sure and thank them by patronizing when ever possible.
SEE YOU IN SEPTEMBER!!!
