Ive saved all my pennies and am finally upgrading my 60 in front with Reid Knuckles, High steer and Chromo shafts. I am horrified at the new turning radius.
My new "10 Factory" inner shafts are hitting the knucles when turning. i have the stops adjusted (ground down) so it doesnt hit but its not turning as tightly as b4 with the stock shafts and knuckles.

Has anyone Clearanced Reid Knuckles before? The shafts are definately larger than the stock shafts at the yoke, should i grind them down some or attack the knuckles?

Yep thats been a problem with the aftermarket shafts and knuckles.

As for the grinding I think I would take a little bit from the knuckle and the shafts.

Talk to 10 factory first but I'd grind the shafts, pretty typical of some aftermarket shafts. That, in almost all cases, won't be the weak spot anyway.
